Health and wellness have always played a big part in my life, and ever since having baby Harrison, I’ve tried to make it even more of a priority. It’s honestly an escape for me and makes me feel the most like me when I’m making taking care of myself in this way. And for 2021 goals/resolutions, I made a commitment to continue prioritizing my health. I also want to be sure I’m taking care of myself so I can be the best version of myself for Michael and the kids. A tool I’ve been using to help me do this is the Dara Smart Scale from FitTrack.
