My Coachella Style
After my research, I put together four outfits that I believe fit the music festival theme and was still true to my personal style.Then there are the men of Coachella, all of their style was pretty similar. Tank or t-shirt, shorts, converse, bandana, hat, and sunglasses. The embroidered floral details on the shirt not only add some color to the outfit but it enhances the boho feel of this outfit. The floral details on the top also tie in the embroidered black belt.For this outfit, I wanted the accessories to be the center of attention, and it’s not often that I do that. I usually like the clothes to take center stage but with the fun Coachella fashion, I couldn’t help but wear fringe on fringe.There’s the boho free-spirited style, similar to what I’m wearing in this outfit. There’s the old school rock style which consists of a light wash sleeveless denim vest, music band tee or tank, Converse and denim cutoff shorts.Before I even stepped foot on the Coachella grounds, I could distinguish Coachella attendees at our hotel and even at local supermarkets. Different Coachella Styles
Lastly, there is the fashion blogger and celebrity Coachella style. I think this is more like the second outfit I shared in this series. It’s the “I know I’m cool, and rompers/jumpsuits are my go-to pieces.”What’s the second most important thing when it comes to Coachella? Your Coachella style of course! Besides the bands, everyone wants to know what you’re wearing. Style is critical at Coachella and other music festivals. I prepared my Coachella outfits and researched what to wear to Coachella as soon as I purchased my tickets.If you read my two previous posts from this Coachella outfit series, you may have read that this was my first time attending the widely popular 3-day musical escape (and it won’t be my last). I wasn’t sure what to expect or how to prepare. Of course, I researched online what defines Coachella style and what are the outfits that fall in line with my personal style. I’m all for dressing for the event, but I still want to show my personality.What do you think of my Coachella style? The right balance between fun and stylish? The accessories in this outfit show my personal Coachella style. The fringe shawl matches the fringe bucket bag from See by Chloe. The color of the fringe items ties in the color of the wide-brimmed hat. The gladiator sandals from Klub Nico not only adds a soft color to the bottom half of the outfit but the ankle straps continue on the fun “stringy” fringe theme.
