You’ve heard of the undereye concealer trick — which involves using a light concealer and drawing a triangle underneath your eye to brighten the area and conceal dark circles — but have you tried TikTok’s latest concealer hack? This new trick is designed to give you an instant eye lift.
Concealer is a pretty amazing makeup product, given how it both conceals, evens out skin tone and brightens. And, when you put it in the right place, it can completely change how your face can look. This new trick, which was created by Megha Singh, does just that simply with concealer (one that is two shades fairer than your skin tone) and a makeup sponge.
Singh applies the concealer in a triangle near the outer corner of her eye, as well as next to her mouth, nostril, and underneath her cheekbones. Then, she blends these in with a beauty blender. And, as Huda Beauty pointed out, in the TikTok video, you’ll notice that Singh uses upwards motions when applying the concealer, to help exaggerate the lifted effect.

To make sure you’re getting full bang for your buck with this technique, it’s important to use a concealer that is a couple of shades lighter than your skin tone. And, opt for a concealer that has a creamy consistency that provides medium to full coverage.
There’s no need to finish with powder, as you want the natural highlight from the concealer to show off this area and powder will only work to dull this. If you’re after a new concealer to try out this trick, we recommend Maybelline’s Instant Age Rewind Eraser ($19.95) or the NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer ($46). Good luck!
